This page says, in plain terms, what is collected when you use stan.sg, why, where it lives, and how to have it changed or removed. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What is collected

• What you send: a message through the ask box or WhatsApp, your name and number or e-mail if you give them, and the property, loan, build or investment details you choose to share so that the question can be answered.
• What the site records on its own: which pages were visited and roughly how, through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No advertising profiles, no cross-site tracking.
• What is never asked for: passwords, NRIC or passport numbers, bank or card details. If a transaction later needs identity or financial documents, they are exchanged directly and handled under the licence that governs that work, never through this site.

Why

To answer what you asked, to arrange a viewing, a quote or a conversation you requested, and to carry out a transaction you have engaged Stanley Tan or his licensed associates for. Nothing else. No mailing lists unless you ask to be on one, and every list has an unsubscribe.

Who sees it and where it lives

Stanley Tan, and the tools he uses to read and reply. Where a transaction needs a co-broker, a banker, a lawyer or a contractor, only the details that person needs to do their part are shared, with your knowledge and consent. Data is stored in a private database (Supabase, Asia-Pacific region) and in Google mail and contacts under one account; both are access-controlled and encrypted in transit and at rest.

How long

Conversations and contact details are kept while the relationship is live and for the period Singapore law requires for records of a regulated transaction (CEA and MAS rules), then removed.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent for it to be used or kept. Send a WhatsApp to the number in the footer; the request is answered within 30 days.

Licences and rules

Estate agency work is done under CEA Registration Number R050290E with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (CEA Licence Number L3008022J). Fund management is Skystone Asset Management Pte Ltd, MAS Capital Markets Services Licence CMS101368. Each is bound by its regulator's own rules on client data, which apply in addition to this page.

This page carries the date it was last updated. A material change is noted at the top of the page for thirty days.
